We focus on the custom manufacturing of plastic welded products for a variety of industries and applications. Weld quality control, tightness control is a matter of course.
We manufacture plastic tanks and sumps, parts of process equipment, components and parts of equipment for laboratory and clean room applications, bodies for on-semiconductor, superstructures for fire trucks, plastic technical products, machine covers, air handling equipment, etc. We install e.g. lining of truck ridges.
We provide customer support in the form of design of plastic products as well as drawing documentation. We have manufacturing technologies that cover a wide range of customer and product requirements.

Our products find application not only in areas (fields) such as chemical industry, electroplating industry, laboratory industry, on-semiconductor, advertising, food industry, but also in many other ones.
We produce e.g. machine covers, equipment models, protective partitions etc. We realize bent products on bending machines, where we can bend plates up to 20 mm thick in radius R=80 mm. For larger bends we use a tempering furnace. In the production of these parts we use our modern machine park where we can mill parts up to a dimension of 2100×4200 mm or we can cut products on a 5-axis gantry centre up to a dimension of 1500x2000x800 mm.
