We are now producing parts by FDM 3D printing on the Raise 3D Pro Plus printer. It allows us to print parts up to 300x300x600mm with the option of printing two colors of material or a part with a supporting material. If possible, we use the same filament from the manufacturer of the semi-finished products from which we make the machined parts when printing.
According to the request, we can finalize the printed parts by machining, perform an output inspection including 3D measurement, describe with a laser.
Materials we can print: PLA, ABS, PC/ABS, HIPS, ASA, PETG, PETG-CF, PP, PC, PA, PA6/66, PA12, PET, POM, TPU and other material modifications according to filament manufacturers.
